Volunteer to Cheer at Special Olympics Virginia’s James River Regional Basketball Tournament, Feb. 12 in Randolph-Macon College’s Crenshaw Gym. More than 30 Special Olympics basketball teams hoping to advance to the Special Olympics Virginia Basketball State Championships in March will take to the courts at 9 a.m. for a day of tournament play. Competition will run until 5 p.m.
